About the event

Please join us as we cruise up Mt. St. Helen's for the 2019 edition of Mopars on the Mountain! This event is open to all Mopar cars, trucks and SUVs.

**** The event is hosted by our friends at the Western Washington Modern Mopars. Please make sure you RSVP on the Facebook event if you plan to attend so they are able to plan properly for the size of the group of vehicles at the event. ****

==[ CONVOY TRAVELLING SOUTH ]==

- 7:45am: Meet at Discount Tire parking lot for a 8:15 departure time

- 10:00am: Meet at the overflow parking lot for the Shell Gas station just off Exit 49 of I-5 (near Castlerock, WA)

- 8:00am: Gather at Best Buy at Cascade Station for 8:30am departure time

- 9:30am: arrive at Castle Rock Shell gas station just off Exit 49 of I-5 (near Castlerock, WA)

- 10:30 AM - Depart the gas station and travel up highway 504 as a convoy.

- 11:30 AM - Arrive at the Johnston Ridge.

Feel free to bring food/drink, chairs, tables, popups, etc and spend time with our Mopar family at the observatory. Some food is also available at the visitor center.

PLEASE NOTE:

- Be careful on your way down the mountain. Police/State Patrol will be aware of our event and will likely be monitoring the roads. Spirited driving may very likely get you a ticket.

- Parking at the observatory is $8/vehicle. Entrance to the visitor center is $8/adult.

- Walkie talkies are recommended, as cell service is essentially non-existent on the mountain. We will be using channel 3.33 (actual frequency is 462.61250 / sub audio C-210.7)
